We want to be there for you on your wedding day to ensure everything goes off without a hiccup so that you can be in the moment.
You will meet with our coordinator for your initial meeting. During this meeting you and our coordinator will discuss vendor information, venue logistics, what it is you envision for your day and anything else pertaining to your wedding day coordination (if you are combining day-of coordination with our planning and design package, we will already have your vendor information). You will also discuss our contract, payment and a more specific description of what our role is for your wedding day. At this point, 50% of the invoice will be due. Our coordinator will contact your vendors, introduce herself and begin making a timeline for your wedding day.
Four to six weeks before the wedding, you will sit down with our coordinator once more to discuss the timeline for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. At this point you will be expected to provide any new vendor information. We will discuss the times for our coordinator to be onsite for your wedding, typically leaving after the cake is cut. At this time you will be asked to confirm all information and once it is all confirmed by you, you will be asked to pay the remaining 50% of the invoice.
